Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
* Products must be in the original packaging
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

* Used pet products
* Perishable goods
* Personalized/customized items
* Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
* Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

* Your order number
* Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

* The wrong item was sent
* The item arrived damaged
* The product is faulty
